Korn Set to Dominate Dawson Creek
Jun 27, 2012
Since it’s opening in 2008, the EnCana Events Centre in Dawson Creek has become a hub for drawing big names in the entertainment and music industry. The centre itself has over 4,000 seats and a range of luxury VIP suites making it the premier entertainment facility for the entire British Columbia and Alberta Peace Region.
This Friday, June 29, another big name will be added to the roster of stars that have rocked the EnCana Events Centre when heavy-metal band Korn makes their northern Alberta debut.
The “Path of Totality”, Korn's latest release, is described as an infusion of dubstep with Korn’s signature sound of anarchy. This grammy award-winning band, who has sold over 35 million albums worldwide, has the Peace Country buzzing with anticipation for this event.
This is sure to be a tour unlike any other. Front man, Jonathan Davis, will be opening the show as his alter ego, J Devil, along with EDM artist Sluggo.
